Here are some fun tips for setting goals that someone sent me. He got these from a sales consultant named Jim Ryerson.
Write them down.
Consider why they are important.
Define the outcome you want.
Identify accountability.
Set deadlines.
Establish priorities.
Make a public commitment.
Be realistic about limitations.
Evaluate and revise as necessary.
Reward yourself or your team.
Goals should be SMART:
